Engage the next Generation – will establish a successful pipeline from NSBE Jr. to Professionals.

Manage Wellness – will focus on overall wellness and share the tools to improve mental health and how to manage stress.

There are over 12,000 registered attendees and with anticipated walkup registration, attendance could exceed the convention’s record of 14,000 set back in 2019. The estimated overall attendance will generate a total of 12,000+ total room nights for the city.  The estimated economic impact is $15.3 million for the local economy.
