Visit KC Statement Regarding Coronavirus and KCMO Declaration of Emergency

Visit KC’s main priority is the safety and well-being of the region’s residents, visitors and convention attendees. We understand and support the City’s decision to take the necessary and responsible steps to protect our region.

We are in close communication with our event partners and have begun to explore the immediate future of events and meetings of all sizes in Kansas City.

Using common-sense guidelines expressed by the KCMO Health Department, we encourage locals to support the hospitality and tourism industries as they are able. Many local businesses remain open with healthy and preventative practices in place.

President & CEO, Visit KC
